			<description><![CDATA[<P><B>Executive Manager Role&nbsp;- Information Architecture Team&nbsp;- UP TO 260K Package (including 20%&nbsp;bonus potential) </B></P> <P><B>My client is a Financial Services&nbsp;giant with stylish offices in Sydney's CBD. </B></P> <P>In this role, you will be responsible for&nbsp;e stablishing and leading the strategic architectural direction of the Bank for Information Architecture.&nbsp;This will involve leading a team of senior architects&nbsp;to e nsure investments are aligned to the banks strategic technology direction and roadmap. </P> <P><B>You will also be responsible to: </B></P> <UL> <LI>Establish and maintain strong relationships with a broad set of business and technology stakeholders to ensure information architecture is understood as a strategic enabler for the Bank <LI>Manage the project consulting process, ensuring adoption and alignment of Enterprise Information Architecture principles and frameworks to maximise each project's contribution to the target state <LI>Support the development of strategies that enable the Bank to create value from Information Assets <LI>Understand the Bank's current and target IT architectures and the roadmap for transitioning from the current to target state </LI></UL> <P><B>To be successful in this role you will have the following experience and competencies: </B></P> <UL> <LI>Extensive Information Architecture experience, with atleast 5+ years&nbsp;in the financial services industry <LI>Prior experience managing an Information Architecture practice - including developing re-usable processes and artefacts, directing the project engagement of a team of information architects, and maintaining relationships across a diverse set of senior stakeholders <LI>Experience across all information management disciplines: modelling, MDM, data integration, data warehousing, data quality, metadata, BI etc <LI>Experience in developing and implementing IT architecture plans, enterprise information architecture standards and guidelines, and software development methodologies </LI></UL>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<P>My client is urgently seeking a OSS Architect to join the team in Sydney. <BR>The successful candidate will be partaking in a pure architecture role.
