Implementing changes to Mobile Core &amp; Base Station equipment during base station rearrangements. Establishing &amp; maintaining quality working relationships with service assurance teams, GSM NSAC, GSM proactive, Mobile Technical Support and Radio Access Engineering (RAE), as well as nationally based provisioning teams in Mobile Network Deployment and their appointed contractors. Establishing &amp; maintaining quality working relationships with other provisioning teams within the Client, especially those within the Core &amp; Mobile group as well as the Nokia &amp; Huawei teams involved in the 3G rollout. Perform tracking of dependency issues or faults to ensure on time performance meets specific targets. Escalate any issues or faults to a senior network engineer/Group Leader that are likely to cause a delivery miss or impact on mobile provisioning KPI's. Assist as required in the development of work processes &amp; procedure documentation. To be considered for the role you will require:- A minimum 2 to 3 years experience in telecommunications network operations/maintenance/provisioning. Experience with SDH transmission systems - provisioning and/or maintenance. Degree or associated Diploma in Telecommunications engineering or equivalent. </P> <P>Desirable skills would also include:- formal training or experience in Mobile network elements; knowledge of Alcatel, Nortel &amp; Fujitsu SDH transmission equipment, Harris SDH radio; knowledge of Nokia &amp; Huawei mobile equipment and knowledge of Ethernet over SDH.
