The Opportunity: Digital Consultant- Digital Talent Acquisition
Finite is currently seeking an experienced Digital Consultant to help build and support our portfolio in Digital Transformation This is a highly lucrative role, focusing on supplying resources in the digital arena.
To be successful you must be âdigitalâ savvy with a strong network and personal brand in this sector. You are a subject matter expert and your recruitment experience and passion will allow you to support your team successfully.
You will be open and enthusiastic to work in roles across Project Management, Business Analysis, Development and Online Marketing. You will actively create networks across your niche Digital area and thrive in the growth of your clientsâ teams.
The position will ideally suit a motivated, successful and energised professional who has an outstanding track record of account management and resourcing/recruiting at a fast yet professional pace.
Ideally you will possess a passion for IT recruitment, have great interpersonal skills and enjoy the fast paced role of networking across all spectrums of Digital.
Ideally you will have:At least 3 years in Resourcing and Recruitment experience.Recent experience in recruiting for digital projects. A passion and flair for understanding and hiring for complex projects An excellent team playerA supportive and flexible mindset The ability to juggle multiple roles Motivation and tenacity
