    The Opportunity: Digital Consultant- Digital Talent Acquisition

    Finite is currently seeking an experienced Digital Consultant to help build and support our portfolio in Digital Transformation This is a highly lucrative role, focusing on supplying resources in the digital arena.

    To be successful you must be “digital” savvy with a strong network and personal brand in this sector. You are a subject matter expert and your recruitment experience and passion will allow you to support your team successfully.

    You will be open and enthusiastic to work in roles across Project Management, Business Analysis, Development and Online Marketing. You will actively create networks across your niche Digital area and thrive in the growth of your clients’ teams.

    About You:

    The position will ideally suit a motivated, successful and energised professional who has an outstanding track record of account management and resourcing/recruiting at a fast yet professional pace.

    Ideally you will possess a passion for IT recruitment, have great interpersonal skills and enjoy the fast paced role of networking across all spectrums of Digital.

    Ideally you will have:

  • At least 3 years in Resourcing and Recruitment experience.

  • Skills & Experience Required

  • Have experience in IT recruitment and business development in the Banking and Finance sector.
  • Have an understanding of financial market operations, risk management, wealth management, trade support, derivatives and other such areas within financial services.
  • A strong track record in new business development is essential whether in Consulting services, Business operations Project management or senior level IT recruitment across banking and finance.
  • Practical experience with the 360 recruitment process including delivery and building rapport with candidate networks.
  • Your expertise includes include contract negotiation and understanding of technology managed services in particular across finance.
