We are looking for a strong Account Manager/Consultant in New South Wales, to help support our growing Telco portfolio in NSW. Reporting into and working with one of our top performers, a "Group Legends" award winner, you will help service our existing telecommunications portfolio whilst developing your own client base with high volume IT consultancy/ project based resource requirements.
To be successful you will:
Identify new business opportunities
Continue to grow FinXL's Telecommunications client base
Deliver a suite of Quality IT Solutions and Consultancy Services
Provide highly experienced proven Consultants with Specialist skills
Ensure work processes are managed to ensure consultants meet key business targets
Grow and lead a mix of a Permanent & Virtual Workforce.
Deliver our services within scope & budget
Develop and maximise existing accounts to their full potential
Focus on client timeframes & business objectives
Skills & Experience Required
Solid sales experience in IT Services or IT 'solution sales' i.e. presenting a 'concept/solution' as opposed to a 'product'.
A strong track record in new business development is essential whether in Consulting services, Business operations Project management or senior level IT recruitment.
Your expertise includes include Contract negotiation and understanding of technology managed services
Self-motivated and with a strong desire to achieve personal and team goals.
Strong leadership, organisational and excellent time-management skills.
Good team player; able to work well with others and independently as required.
Creativity, drive and tenacity with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Excellent ability to present and conduct meetings at CIO/ CFO/ IT Director Level.
Excellent written communication skills. Degree preferred.
