We are looking for an experienced Auckland based Sales Manager to lead our awesome team and further grow our footprint in the market. Reporting into Senior Management, you will help deliver a suite of IT Recruitment Services; drive new business development activity and service our existing Auckland clients ranging from leading large Corporate / medium sized enterprises to NZ Government departments.
We believe in deep sector specialisation as the best way to service our clients and have deliberately remained specialists within the Digital, Technology, Project Services and Business transformation arenas.
To be successful you will:
â€¢ Manage the day to day operations of the Auckland 920 / Finite business
â€¢ Identify new business opportunities and drive a highly motivated and dynamic sales team to achieve high levels of performance
â€¢ Continue to establish and grow 920â€™s Auckland client base and establish formal account plans and market maps
â€¢ Deliver a suite of quality IT Recruitment Services (Contract, Permanent, Executive)
â€¢ Further build headcount to complement our team of proven Sales and Delivery professionals
â€¢ Ensure consultants meet key business sales targets and company objectives
â€¢ Develop and maximise existing client and emerging business opportunities to their full potential
â€¢ Be part of the Senior Leadership team and provide thought leadership insights and contribute to the strategic direction of the business
Skills & Experience Required
â€¢ Solid sales leadership, business management and proven career success in IT&T Recruitment
â€¢ A strong capability in new business client development in the IT Recruitment sector is essential
â€¢ Excellent client stakeholder management and relationship building skills
â€¢ A proven track record in the attraction, retention and development of new sales Consultants and delivery / sales support staff
â€¢ Possess excellent change management skills and implementation of change management and business improvement strategies
â€¢ Contract negotiation and Tender / sales proposal preparation
â€¢ Self-motivated and with a strong desire to achieve personal and team goals
â€¢ Strong organisational and excellent time-management skills
â€¢ Good team player; able to work collaboratively with others and independently as required
â€¢ Creativity, drive and tenacity with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
â€¢ Excellent ability to present and conduct meetings at CIO / CFO / IT Director / GM level
