You will have the ability to work as part of a dynamic team as well as on your own. With a successful track record within the Australian IT recruitment industry, you enjoy the challenge of identifying new business opportunities. You will also have a friendly professional approach, together with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate good client relationship development and management skills as this represents a key part of the role.
