Finite Acquires Leading Melbourne Tech / Insurance Specialist Agency, Rowben Consulting

Finite Group is pleased to announce the purchase of leading specialist Melbourne agency, Rowben Consulting. Co-founded by highly regarded Director, Tracee Rowe back in 2005, Rowben Consulting began as an IT specialist agency, before expanding into Insurance and Superannuation in 2008, and then Digital in 2012. Tracee is still very hands-on in the business today, leading the charge, and supporting a highly successful team of expert recruitment professionals. She will continue to lead the team as part of Finite’s Senior Management.

The acquisition includes Rowben’s substantial Contractor base, transferral of all staff and numerous high profile ‘preferred supplier agreements’.
Finite’s established Melbourne office came about from its acquisition of IT&T Careers back in 2002 and has grown substantially since these early days. Finite’s Victorian State Manager, Sean Duffy, commented that “Rowben Consulting has an excellent reputation for outstanding customer service and delivery, and the acquisition will further enhance Finite’s reach into the buoyant Melbourne market with their highly successful and respected team. The successful Rowben Consulting brand will be retained as part of the Finite Group.
