What do you do? 
I have only recently just joined Finite Group (6 weeks ago!), working in the Commercial Team at the Sydney office. My main focus area within Information Technology is Project Services and Business Change.
What is your background?
I began my recruitment career in 2009, working in Finance recruitment back in the UK. From there I transitioned over to Information Technology in 2012 where I worked for Venn Group and InterQuest mainly focusing on Project Services.
At the start of 2018 I packed up and made the move to Sydney and was fortunate enough to secure a Senior Consultant role Finite  to continue broadening my Project Services knowledge and recruitment skills. I am now building a whole new candidate and client base which is proving to be a challenging yet rewarding experience!
Finite career highlights?
It is early days as yet, however a highlight is certainly having a good first month, making both a contract and permanent placement.
The office environment is very welcoming which has made settling in really easy and enjoyable. Joining before the End of Financial Year celebrations was certainly a highlight, the food and drinks were amazing and it was great to be able to spend quality time with my new colleagues.
What do you love about Finite?
A big advantage of working for a company like Finite is being supported by the reputation they have across the market.  Being able to speak to clients and candidates and having them not only know exactly who you are, but also already have a high opinion of the business you’re calling from, makes life a lot easier and successful.
It’s all backed up with a great database of candidates meaning you really can deliver on the roles you’re being asked to look at.
The office is full of passionate people, plus you have the great reputation of the company and a great database to work with. Those three key areas make an excellent platform to set you up for success!
