NSW Commercial Team Manager

What do you do at Finite? 
I am responsible for establishing new and maintaining existing relationships across several of Finite’s PSA accounts in Sydney. My role is 360 so I deliver a full lifecycle service on both client and candidate side.
In Addition to my role as a Senior Consultant I have also recently been promoted to the team manager role of our commercial team in Sydney. My key responsibility in this capacity is to continue to develop and grow the team ensuring collectively we are providing the best service to the Sydney market.
What is your background?
I have been an IT recruiter for over 8 years. I am originally from England and spent the first 6 years of my career working the London market predominantly across the Infrastructure and Security vertical. I moved to Sydney in January 2017 and continued to do what I love, RECRUITMENT!
What are your Finite career highlights?
From the moment I joined Finite I have been lucky enough to have many highlights, from making my first placement within my first 2 weeks to being made team manager.
I would say my highlights come from consistently delivering to our clients, building long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidates and being part of an organisation that holds quality paramount.
There has also been some awesome luncheons for high achievers and the annual sales conferences which are always good fun.
What do you love most about Finite?
I love that Finite has such a strong brand identity. I feel that it means that we are able to have the luxury of hiring the best talent in the market and as a result I have the pleasure of working with peers that are motivated and excel at their jobs. We have a fantastic Learning and Development program that also means we can continue to develop and improve.
