Finite Group Takes Steps For Cerebral Palsy Awareness

The Finite Group’s ongoing passion for worthy causes has taken another few steps forward – 16,156,299 steps in total to be exact.
This year Finite Group had a record number of 72 participants across Australia and New Zealand who put their hands up (and feet down) to support the Cerebral Palsy Alliance. Together they have raised close to $7,500 for the annual Steptember event and walked an impressive combined total of more than 16 million steps.
Finite Group Managing Director, Tracy Thomson, says this is a cause worth supporting. “Our focus on health and well-being extends to the communities in which we operate. As a business that works daily to provide new opportunities for others, there’s a natural synergy here. The Cerebral Palsy Alliance is doing amazing work which we are proud to support” says Tracy.
The Cerebral Palsy Alliance focuses on helping babies, children, teenagers and adults living with cerebral palsy to lead the most comfortable, independent and inclusive life possible. It provides family-centred therapies, life skills programs, equipment and support for people living with cerebral palsy and their families.
“We really encourage all of our staff to support this worthy challenge and we’re especially proud to see their energy and passion reflected in the donations. It’s another sign that our staff work together to support each other’s values and wins.”
Finite’s focus on health takes many forms. As a complex organisation, the Group’s committed to giving staff a healthy, supportive work environment. Finite has a long history of supporting great causes like the Steptember Challenge and the Group has every intention to continue developing.
