Finite Group’ MD listed on Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing

Finite Group’s Managing Director, Tracy Thomson, has been selected again for The Global Power 100 list of the most powerful women in the workforce solutions ecosystem. Compiled by Staffing Industry Analysts for the fourth year in a row, the list highlights the contributions women have made to the industry.

Tracy Thomson founded Finite Recruitment in Australia in 1998 after working in IT recruitment for 10 years. Through a mixture of organic growth, acquisitions and strategic leadership, Finite has grown into a network of nine offices across Australia and New Zealand, with revenues of circa AU$400M.
Among Tracy’s numerous accolades are the 2007 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year national winner in the Business Services category and the Deloitte Best Business Management Award winner in 2010 and 2011. More recently, Tracy won SEEK’s Annual Recruitment Award for Australian Recruitment Leader of the Year in 2016.
Tracy’s passionate leadership of the Finite Group has also won many industry awards, including ABA 100 awards for Employer of Choice and for CX Management in 2018
