What do you do at Finite? 
As a consultant, I bring in new business for Finite as well as managing existing clients. In Adelaide we work across all sectors however my main focus is Federal Government, Defence, not for profit and SME’s.
What is your background?
I have been in Recruitment for just over 10 years. My first recruitment role was at BAE Systems in their internal team.
Before joining Finite I was a Senior Recruitment Consultant with Paxus IT where I focused heavily on candidate management, teaming up with the Account Managers to recruit quality IT staff for multiple industries.
Since moving to Finite I have honed down on my business development and account management skills and moved in to a more consultative role.
What are your Finite career highlights?
There have been many highlights over the last 4 years at Finite. I think we are really good at celebrating our wins. The annual Sales Conference is always a stand out and lots of fun.
What do you love most about Finite?
Definitely the people. The Adelaide Team is like my second family.
