Introducing Finite’s New 2019 Management Line Up

Leading specialist recruiter Finite has announced a number of transformative new Senior Leadership appointments to accelerate its business growth and development across the ANZ markets for 2019.

Peter Noblet, National Director for Sales Solutions and Innovation
A newly created senior leadership role within Finite directing and supporting the overall recruitment business by developing, growing and retaining our regional teams and client focus.  Peter will directly manage and support a newly structured Finite regional management team across Australia.
Peter served 15 years at Hays as a Senior Regional Executive, and most recently as COO of Interpro where he was responsible for overseeing their strategic and operational direction and driving national sales.
Tracee Rowe, Manager Victoria
Following the acquisition of technology, digital and insurance & superannuation specialist, Rowben Consulting, to the Finite stable last July, co-founder and principal Tracee Rowe will now take on the wider responsibility for managing the combined Finite and Rowben business in Melbourne going forward, aligning and driving the highly successful Rowben CX model she has personally developed across both teams.
Elle Bark, Manager Queensland
Highly respected National Account Director, Elle Bark, has taken up the position as Manager, Queensland, hitting the ground running to make the most of the busy Queensland market.  Elle recently completed a highly successful four year tenure with Paxus as National Account Director, and over three and a half years prior to that with Hays, as a Senior Technology and Digital Consultant in the WA market.
Steven Burt, Regional Manager SA and WA
Another newly created role within Finite focusing exclusively on developing Finite’s established Adelaide and Perth’s account management and delivery teams, and growing our market footprint within the buoyant SA and WA technology and digital markets.  Steven has a telecommunications and infrastructure background and has held numerous sales leadership positions within the technology recruitment sector successfully growing teams and developing specialist niche service offerings.
Justine Page, General Manager, Wellington
Finite’s specialist 920 brand in New Zealand has also recently appointed, Justine Page, as General Manager, Wellington, welcoming her return to the business after a three year break. Justine brings a wealth of enthusiasm, passion and experience to the team having had over 14 years of local IT recruitment experience. Her background includes a number of senior recruitment and leadership positions in NZ with Beyond, Hudson and Momentum.
Finite Group Managing Director, Tracy Thomson, commented that “favourable market conditions across ANZ, particularly in the busy technology, digital, business transformation and insurance / superannuation sectors, was behind the drive to strengthen and expand the Finite management team to complement the amazing talent we already have in the business today.  Our three recruitment brands, Finite, 920 and Rowben, are all performing well within their respective markets, but each has untapped potential to increase market share.  As it becomes harder to source and secure key talent in our core markets, more and more clients are turning to recruitment specialists such as Finite to assist them. This is reflected in Group GP from Finite’s recruitment brands for the six months to end of December which was up by over 23% year on year, and from Permanent recruitment fees up by over 53% year on year”.
