Jeff Knowles

Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in the IT&T recruitment industry, having served as General Manager of some of Finite’s biggest competitors, including Ambit, Peoplebank, and most recently Halcyon Knights. He has successfully managed businesses with over $200M turnover and built high-performing teams of more than 50 staff.

Throughout his career, Jeff has established and managed strategic relationships with major customers such as Westpac, Woolworths, Qantas, and NSW State Government. He is known for his professionalism, friendly demeanour, and strong track record in managing complex business relationships. Despite being a strong adversary, Jeff has earned respect from his peers and colleagues over many years of rivalry.

Jeremy Nilsvang

Jeremy has over 7 years of experience recruiting ICT professionals across both the public and private sectors. He’s well networked within the Canberra region and has experience recruiting across all verticals. However, his primary focus is in the Software Development sector which encompasses .Net, SharePoint, CRM, Java, SAP, Seibel, Database, GIS, PHP, Drupal, Python, Ruby, Rails and others.

His success is derived from his vast network of candidates and clients, and the ability to constantly expand his associations. Additionally, his qualifications and experience have equipped him with the capability to find the right person for those hard-to-fill specialist roles.
