His passion for coaching high performing teams, developing talent, and delivering winning client solutions  is central to his role as State Manager. Chris remains very hands-on, developing new business through solid and enduring client relationships as specialist recruiter of choice connecting great people.

Stephen Rooke

1Stephen is a senior recruitment professional who has been providing specialist recruitment services since 2003.

Stephen started his recruitment career as a technical specialist before progressing into consulting and senior account management roles. These latter roles have focused on delivering bespoke recruitment services to both international and ASX-listed organizations.

Stephen has over 15 years of experience recruiting within the information technology and project services landscape. During this time, he has gained extensive knowledge of technology and technology-based positions. He has also developed deep networks with technology and project services professionals, allowing him to quickly identify and deliver top talent for contract and permanent requirements.

As well as providing best practice end-to-end recruitment services, Stephen has been responsible for business development, relationship management, annual budgets, team management and recruitment advisory services.  He has a proven record of delivery across all these areas.
