Teddy Soraghan

Teddy Soraghan is a highly motivated account manager with over 2 and a half years of experience in recruitment, specialising in data across all markets. Since joining the team in Sydney, his areas of focus are Technology, Data and Digital – Database BI and Big Data. Teddy is known for delivering tailored solutions to meet each client’s unique needs, and for building solid relationships with clients and candidates. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the golf courses across NSW and experiencing all Sydney has to offer.

Jeff Knowles

Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in the IT&T recruitment industry, having served as General Manager of some of Finite’s biggest competitors, including Ambit, Peoplebank, and most recently Halcyon Knights. He has successfully managed businesses with over $200M turnover and built high-performing teams of more than 50 staff.

Throughout his career, Jeff has established and managed strategic relationships with major customers such as Westpac, Woolworths, Qantas, and NSW State Government. He is known for his professionalism, friendly demeanour, and strong track record in managing complex business relationships. Despite being a strong adversary, Jeff has earned respect from his peers and colleagues over many years of rivalry.

Evan Gavin

Evan has been with the Finite Group for five years. He provides Sydney’s best talent to commercial clients, digital and non-digital enterprise, government central banks, and regulatory governing bodies. Evan can deliver single resources or entire teams across all IT functions in a contract or permanent capacity.

Chhavi Sharma

Chhavi is a dedicated Delivery Consultant for the NSW Government team. Her recruitment experience includes sourcing high quality IT professionals for both contract and permanent opportunities within the public sector.

She is highly focused on developing a great candidate experience so that the employee brand of our respective clients is enhanced with every interaction from the time of presenting an opportunity to the onboarding stage of a successful candidate.

The vast network of candidates she has developed allows her to always be first to market in attracting the best IT talent that is aligned to client opportunities.

Her sourcing expertise spans primarily across Project Services, Business Analysis, Architecture, Change Management and Development within the IT space.

Clare Thompson

A dedicated seasoned Senior Account Manager who delivers workforce solutions predominately in the technology space within both government and commercial domains.

Her key focus is delivering customers desired outcomes through partnering and aligning both technical and cultural capability.

Provides resources across a broad spectrum of IT skill sets including Program and Project Managers, Change Managers, Solution Architects, Business Analysis, Developers, BI/DW, Technical Specialists.

Clare’s drive, commitment, hard work and dedication developed in her earlier years as a touring tennis professional has positioned her well for success in the corporate world.

Steffan Rees

Steffan has solid expertise in sourcing IT Permanent hires & building IT Contingent workforces for his respective clients within the Healthcare Sector. In his current role he has sourced a whole spectrum of ICT candidates for NSW Health from Service Desk Officers right up to Program Directors on large scale program of works.

British born (Welsh), Steffan is particularly passionate about travel. Prior to emigrating to Australia, he travelled through large swathes of Asia & Latin America. His personal favourites are Colombia, India, Nepal & North Korea.

Jayd Venters

Jayd has 6 years of experience in sourcing talent in the IT market.

Within Finite, Jayd is responsible for recruiting Digital, Data and Development across an array of clients over various industry sectors on either a permanent or contingent basis. She is an experienced consultant with an exceptionally high level of success for both candidates and clients and her values-driven approach to recruitment mirrors that of the Finite Group.

Jayd is a highly committed team member with her customer experience-oriented approach being core to how she operates. Her genuine interest in understanding the needs of her clients and candidates along with building long-standing relationships has contributed to consistently delivering excellent outcomes.
