Grady Widdess

Grady has over 10 years of experience recruiting ICT professionals. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, he immigrated to Adelaide, South Australia in February of 2018 with his wife and daughter. In the years leading up to the move, he helped build a recruitment startup, MatchBox Consulting Group, Canada’s fastest growing staffing firm, Canadian Business Magazine 2019.

Coming into the Adelaide market with few connections, he’s been busy building new relationships and turned around 30 placements within his first year in a new city.

Grady loves building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. One of his favourite things to experience in the business is placing a candidate, witnessing their career growth, and getting another opportunity to work with them as a hiring manager down the road.
