Finite Recruitment wins ABA100 for Training Excellence in the Australian Business Awards 2022

Finite Recruitment (part of the Finite Group) has been recognised as an ABA100 Winner in the Australian Business Awards 2022 for Training Excellence. In their seventeenth year, the Awards are an annual all-encompassing awards program that recognise organisations that demonstrate the core values of business innovation, product innovation, technological achievement and employee engagement via a set of established business and product award categories.

Tracy Thomson, Finite’s Managing Director, commented, “Emerging from two years of challenges relating to Covid, Finite knew that staff attraction, engagement and retention had never been as important as this year. Enhanced training and development were identified as being key, offering mutual benefits to employee and employer, hence the partnership with APSCo and the development of the first staffing certification program.”
